I believe we are here to be fully alive.

Aliveness is not constant intensity or happiness. It is the experience of participating consciously in your life, when what you value, what you choose and how you live begin moving in the same direction.

The greatest tragedy is not failure. It is becoming absent from your own life, leaving what matters unexplored, unexpressed or repeatedly undefended.

Unbound is built on a simple conviction: truth comes first.

We see reality clearly enough that a real choice becomes visible. We decide what matters, give that decision a place in how we live and allow experience to change what comes next. Through repeated truthful cycles, we develop greater capability, integrity and earned self-trust.

The work serves fuller participation: in your health, relationships, work, ambition, love and contribution.

When your choices increasingly reflect what you genuinely value, more of your life becomes available to inhabit. Relationships can deepen. Leadership can become more responsible and courageous. Work can carry greater meaning. Success can grow without becoming the only measure of a life.

You become more present for the life you are living, and more capable of shaping what remains yours to shape.

I came to this work by living it.

I built a career in technology and consulting, helping navigate complex seven- and eight-figure deals where trust, judgment and results mattered. That work showed me what I was capable of. It could not tell me what was worth building, or what kind of life my work was helping to create.

At 29, I began my coaching journey and built RISE with a business partner. It was a formative chapter, one that taught me much of what still shapes my work today. Years later, following a divorce, I closed the company and returned to corporate work. Closing it felt less like ending a business than losing something I had brought to life.

I never stopped wanting to return to the work I loved. But I told myself I would do it when life became more certain. That certainty never arrived.

The years that followed brought me into honest contact with my health, the end of relationships I had hoped would last and periods of depression and anxiety. At times, I numbed the discomfort rather than face what it was asking of me. The relief was temporary. The distance between what I valued and how I was living continued to grow.

I learned that postponement shapes a life just as surely as action does. I also came to understand that my edge was not another strategy for becoming more successful. It was doing work I loved, work that brought more of my attention, energy, courage and capability into the room.

Unbound grew from that recognition. Not from having mastered alignment, but from learning to practise it: tell the truth, choose what matters, live the choice, learn from experience and repair honestly when actions and values diverge.

There are things we feel called to create, contribute or become responsible for—not because success is guaranteed, but because leaving them unlived carries its own cost.

The work is to become capable of answering that call: to bring more of yourself to what matters, give it form and participate fully in the life its creation asks of you.

I came to this work by living it.

What becomes possible between us

Together, we create the conditions for you to meet your life differently, not only through what you do, but through who you become capable of being.

Fear can lose its authority. Your word can carry greater weight. Difficult decisions can become available. You can bring more honesty to your relationships, more courage to your leadership and more of yourself to what you create.

Freedom, power, love and fulfilment become more than things you want. They begin taking form in how you choose, act, relate and live.

As your way of being changes, so does what you can see, hold and create. Possibilities that once felt distant can become real directions for your life.

This is what we create together: the capacity to live with greater truth, courage and aliveness, and to give what calls you a place in the world.

What you create next begins with what you are willing to see now.

If something here speaks to what you want to create—or what has been asking for your attention, let’s have a conversation.
